Rule of Law or Folly?

The hour of crisis has arrived, and your media has joined a conspiracy of silence to black-out the issue from the American public. Will we have an alien President?
Today, Dec 5th, the supreme Court will hear certiorari, whether the president-elect shall be required to prove that he is a natural born citizen. So far Obama has refused to submit the requested douments to the court. And this is not news?! (Sounds like contempt to me.)
(Strictly speaking, it's probaly not classsifed as certiorari, because it's not a matter of defending innocence. The law requires proof of citizenship.-- so the burden is on Obama , not the government.)
And what we have is the full-fledged folly of democracy, and abandonment of leadership, with the celebrity Conservatives being stricken silent in awe of Obama's burgeoning cult of personality. Where is sanity? The politics of guilt and fear converged to surpass our national respect for the institutes of Law and the highest traditions of justice.
Legal expert Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr. has stated "America is facing potentially the gravest constitutional crisis in her history" and "If Obama fails to prove his citizenship but the voters, the Electors, or the Members of the House purport to "elect" him. He will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation."

With regards to Donofrio v Wells — one of a growing number of lawsuits filed nationwide that question the eligibility of Barack Obama to be POTUS (president of the United State)— the full US Supreme Court has agreed to conference on the suit 5 December 2008. Obama and the DNC (also named in the suit) were advised by the high court to respond to Donofrio v Wells by 1 December. To date, neither Mr. Obama nor the DNC have responded. With this lack of response, the president-elect has now flatly stated that he is above — if not beyond and outside of — the law and reports and is responsible only to himself. This is what — not who — was elected to the presidency of the United States.
Further note, the court's jurisdiction concerns the questions of law and procedure, not matters of offense, personal guilt or innocence.
Honestly, do you really think this challenge is a good use of people's time? And better yet, do you seriously think anything is going to come of this?
Everyone is certainly free to have their opinion on this subject. I just tend to think there are many more pressing issues facing our nation such as a broken economy, massive amounts of debt, an overstretched military, an energy crisis, a credit crisis, etc.
I believe finding solutions to these issues should be of our primary concern.
The eastern liberal establishment, understood as a longstanding combine of cooperating influential personages of both the liberal socialist left and the corporatist statist neo-con right ARE the powers behind the throne that have managed through their apologist media mogals and mouthpieces and their control of both political parties managed to put their candidates on the ballots for the people to choose between.
As many have referred to as a choice between Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum(b), Dumb and Dumber, Lesser of Two Evils, blah, blah, blah.
These powers can be summed up more appropriately as monopolist capitalists. Anyone supporting these insider tools and programs such as the Federal Reserve/fiat currency system and the underpinning Personal Imcome Tax (plank 5 & 2 of the Communist Manifesto - look it up!) will be advanced to the top (ie. front man for the Polit Bureau) as a trusted interference runner for them. Of necessity he will be told or suggested whom to "call on" for his/her various top level cabinet posts and administration officials. They too will be from the same organizations and subculture that got him/her elected.
Case in point: I said in mid 2008 that regardless of who was elected between McCain and Obama that you will have more than 200 members of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission(American members) in the top level positions within their administrations. As Obama announces his choices for these positions, it is becoming exceedingly clear that I was right and that nothing of substantive change will occur. Oh to be sure, there will be change! Just not the needed change that will save our rebublic and freedoms - just the opposite!
If you doubt this historian's view and explanation of the contemporary american political landscape try this on for size. Go to www.youtube.com and search for the Council on Foreign Relations, the Federal Reserve, and CFR media control and just watch a few videos.
I can easily prove my analysis correct - using their own words.
The CFR/TC combine has other organs they call on for personnel to run interference and promote their policies and recommendations. The Face the Nation TV program, for example, will have 2 interviewers and 5 guest panelists supposedly debating the options to fix or cure some recognized malignant issue. Sounds nice until you open up the membership list of the CFR/TC and see that all 7 are members of one or the other or both groups. Interestingly, no one on the program will point that fact out and yet the public is led to believe we are hearing genuine hard-nosed debate between rivals, hogwash!
Go to a bookstore and pick up the latest Annual Report fo the Council with the membership list in the back and highlight those whom Obama is picking. Those approved will end up having held membership. As a "cover" for the influence it is required that they must resign upon accepting a government post - isn't that nice?
No more head in the sand - please!!!
Let's assume - for the sake of arguement - that Obama is declared ineligible by the powers that be. Highly unlikely but never mind.
What then?
Ron- let's hope we can appreciate the time of our nation's political elite at least as much as they do ours. Measured in terms of damage, the more occupied they are with trivial pursuits (such as usurpation of the executive branch), the less time they'll have to worsen the problems looming before us. Maybe if the DNC or Obama cared about We the People's time, they would have resolved this matter up front rather than run a 2-year, 600+ million dollar campaign to export the presidency to a globalist cabal. Will it make a difference, you ask? If the Rule of Law is going to be ignored by the highest court in the land, it's MORE than important that the court go on record (regardless of the odds of deciding the issue in accordance with the highest law of the land) than it is to save the judges' time for meddling and advancing the typical misguided & activist precedents. What's more important (for those who believe in justice and in a God who honors prayer) is that we diligently pray for a just decision. It's not too late!

Have you not understood the role of the court? They render opinions. And the executive chooses to execute.
My view: In the absence of a clear order of succession, it would be incumbent on the court to instruct the electoral college of Obama's disqualification. Could they choose a running mate (Hlllary) in his stead? possibly. Would the President honor that? Depends on what his counsel and sense of propriety dictates.
Would the House vote on a new nominee , or HIllary? maybe (According to Law, Bill and HIllary are one flesh. How could she /he take office again. The limit is two terms. She should have been challenged on those grounds long ago.
For me, I would trust in God. He alone is our hope. Like Washington said, the event is in the hand of God. The court must rule for justice, regardless of the supposed or unknown outcome,
This all reveals the folly of a People who have become blind. We will pay a price. No easy out, my friend.
